Terms & Conditions

Please ensure that you have read and are familiar with our operating Terms & Conditions. These terms cover both treatment consultations within our premises and the sale of products through our online store.

Appointment Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice otherwise a charge may be made.

Client Arrival

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late clients may be subject to a shorter therapy time.

Treatment Times

All treatment times are approximate.

Consultations

All consultations are free and are treated in the strictest of confidence.

Payment Terms

Credit card, cash or cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card.

Gift Vouchers

Available for all treatments to make the perfect gift idea.

Attire

Men are requested to bring shorts/trunks to wear for body treatments.

Online Store

Payments for products through our online store are handled by PayPal to provide the optimum in security of your details.

Products ordered online will be despatched within 1-3 days. Customers have a right to return products within 7 days of receipt provided the goods are returned in pristine condition. If you would like a refund for any products, please inform us via email or telephone and arrange for the items to be delivered to Body Matters.

If for any reason we cannot fulfil an order that has been placed through our website, we shall contact you as soon as possible to arrange alternative arrangements or to offer a refund.
